After completing his B.A.M.S., he began his journey in 2008 by practicing medicine in the rural region, where he served the community with dedication and compassion.
Driven by a desire to broaden his impact, Dr. Nikam later transitioned into the corporate sector, where he worked in senior roles across multiple organizations. His leadership skills and hands-on experience in operational management helped him gain a deep understanding of the workforce challenges faced by modern industries.
Recognizing the growing need for organized manpower solutions, Dr. Nikam co-founded MediTrust Workforce Solutions Pvt. Ltd. along with his associates. His medical background combined with corporate acumen brings a unique perspective to the company’s mission of providing efficient, human-focused workforce solutions.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Dr. Nikam is actively engaged in social service. He serves as the Vice President of Agni Foundation, a non-governmental organization committed to improving healthcare and education access in underserved communities.
Mr. Akshay Bhausaheb Arote
Mr. Akshay Bhausaheb Arote is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong academic background in Arts and Law. With a deep-rooted passion for business, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2016 with a small firm named B&B Hitech Services. Over time, he gained valuable experience by working in the Operations departments across various industries, which helped him develop a practical understanding of business dynamics.
Driven by the desire to create a lasting impact in the field of workforce management, he co-founded MediTrust Workforce Solutions Pvt. Ltd. along with his associates. With a keen insight into market challenges and manpower-related issues faced by industries, Mr. Arote laid the foundation for a company focused on providing efficient, reliable, and industry-specific workforce solutions.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Arote is also committed to social development. He actively serves as the Secretary of Agni Foundation, an NGO working towards community upliftment and social welfare.

Mr. Pratap Rajendra Wakchaure

In 2023, driven by a deep sense of social responsibility, he established Agni Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on two critical areas: healthcare and education. As the Founder and President of Agni Foundation, Mr. Wakchaure is actively involved in initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities and providing access to essential services.
